FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has foot coating, talocrural part having junction to standard prosthesis, keel attached to the talocrural part and screw placed in the talocrural part. The screw in the foot prosthesis is oriented in perpendicular to the sagittal plane and is rotatably fixed with its ends in the lateral walls of the talocrural part. Each half of the screw has right and left-hand threads, respectively, having screwed-on sliding nuts of corresponding thread rotation. Each of the nuts is connected to the ends of an axle pivotally mounted in the sagittal foot plane and fixed in the superior part of the keel using a set of tie rods pivotally attached to the nuts. The keel is rotatably attached to the vertical walls of the talocrural part through one more axle running in perpendicular to the sagittal plane of the foot. EFFECT: reliable high strength carcass holding out both usual and extraordinary loads like in stumbling. 5 dwg
