FIELD: technology of saccharide production. SUBSTANCE: process is carried out by chromatography of carbohydrates mixture on polytetrafluoroethylene sorbent, and initial mixture is eluted firstly with water and then with aqueous-ethanolic mixture at ethanol gradient concentration up to 15%. Proposed method of a single chromatography is more simple as compared with multistage separation on columns with Biogel P-2 and cellulose with intermediate evaporation, treatment with sodium boron hydride and separation.
