FIELD: organic chemistry, more particularly chemistry of fullerenes. SUBSTANCE: method comprises mixing fullerenes with polymer matrix in chloroform form predissolved in organic solvent, evaporating mixture in vacuum till solvents are completely removed, dissolving the resulting complex in phosphate-salt buffer (with pH of 7.4-7.6) and subsequently treating product with ultrasound. Water-soluble polymer matrix includes membrane cephalins which differ from other phospholipids in that they are capable of being soluble both in water and organic solvents. EFFECT: improved properties of aqueous solutions of fullerenes, greater stability of suspension during storage period, better membranotropicity of fullerene complexes, their ability of being epodestructed and biotransformed in cell. 4 cl, 2 dwg
