FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for treating oncological diseases. That is ensured by introducing an aqueous suspension of liposomes of the same diameter with an encapsulated anti-tumor drug preparation. Before suspension of liposomes of equal diameter with encapsulated anti-tumor drug, three suspensions of liposomes of various diameters with iodine-containing radiopaque agent are introduced. First suspension is obtained by passing through an extruder equipped with a membrane with pore diameter of 200 nm. Second suspension is obtained by passing through an extruder equipped with a membrane with pore diameter of 100 nm. Third suspension is obtained by passing through an extruder equipped with a membrane with pore diameter of 50 nm. After each suspension of liposomes is introduced by computed tomography, degree of accumulation of liposomes in tumor tissue is determined depending on diameter of liposomes. Then diameter of liposomes with the greatest degree of accumulation in tumor tissue is chosen. Medicinal preparation is introduced intravenously encapsulated in liposomes with the same diameter, which provides their greatest degree of tumor accumulation.
EFFECT: invention provides higher clinical effectiveness in oncological diseases.
