SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis has a limb with neck where spherical head and cup are installed and interconnected to each other by means of solid plastic insert embracing the head behind diametrical plane. Insert end facing neck parallel to its longitudinal axis has circular recess shaped in depth and being, for instance, of bulb cross-section and having on its circular length several longitudinal blind cylindrical holes equaling depth of recess and with diameter not exceeding maximum transverse size of recess.
