FIELD: processes for restoring annular axially symmetrical parts by plastic deformation due to introducing tool of predetermined shape to worn part. SUBSTANCE: die set includes upper and lower plates supporting die and punch respectively. Working surfaces of die and punch are turned one to another and they have deforming and shaping portions. Working surfaces of deforming portions of die and punch are in the form of annular tooth with inclined face directed towards worn surface. Working surfaces of shaping portions are provided with cone. Behind deforming portion on lower and upper plates there are pressure rings with rough contact surface. EFFECT: enhanced quality of restored part due to uniform shaping of restored surface of part, enlarged assortment of restored parts. 2 dwg
