FIELD: printing devices; micropumps and fuel injection devices. SUBSTANCE: vessel filled up with working liquid is placed in vacuum chamber connected with evacuation device. A large number of cartridges provided with microinjecting devices are placed into vessel. Working liquid is vessel fills heating chambers of each microinjection device.
