FIELD: ink-jet printing equipment. SUBSTANCE: microinjector has liquid chamber locking layer and first film layer of organic substance, which are obtained from solution containing mild polyimide acid. Method involves subjecting polyimide acid solution to thermal treatment at predetermined conditions to maintain it in solid state. When mild polyimide acid solution is held at temperature of 280-300 C and pressure of 0.5-2 kg/sq cm, the solution acquires adhesive properties. Thus, locking layer and first layer of membrane formed from organic substance based on and obtained from mild solution of polyimide acid, may be tightly connected to other constructional members without using strengthening connecting layer. Such properties improve adhesive force between cooperating locking layer of heating chamber and locking layer of liquid chamber to prevent working fluid leakage from related chambers and to allow ink to be smoothly discharged from liquid chambers. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 25 cl, 30 dwg
