SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in supply of heating-system water via supply main, use of heat of this water in remote thermal point for generating vapor of working agent, performance of work by vapor generated in the course of condensation in thermal pump and return of return heating-system water via return main; return water is heated at central thermal point to temperature stipulated by hot water supply schedule at transfer of heat to circulating water of heating loop; condensation of working agent vapor in thermal pump is performed with the aid of circulating water of heating loop.
