FIELD: spectral analysis. SUBSTANCE: proposed analyzer has laser with device focusing radiation on to analyzed object, two electrodes of analytical discharge gap placed one above other above surface of table for object to be analyzed and capacitor whose plates are connected to electrodes. Upper electrode comes in the form of ring which plane is perpendicular to laser beam placed coaxially to focusing device of laser. Upper electrode is positioned above lower electrode at maximum distance ensuring stable discharge in discharge gas. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity and accuracy of analysis. 11 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
