FIELD: electrical engineering; gas-discharge lamps with adjustable proportion of bactericidal and erythemal rays. SUBSTANCE: lamp has tube with two electrode assemblies and bases; it is made of bactericidal glass and partially covered with phosphor emitting in wavelength range of 280-320 nm; tube is filled with mercury vapors and inert gas. Novelty is that half of lamp tube between its center and one of bases is covered with phosphor and that tube accommodates internal cylindrical tube made of bactericidal glass and covered with same phosphor layer whose thickness is twice as small as that on external tube; internal tube is twice as short as external one; there are at least three projections over cross-sectional area towards inner surface spaced one fifth of its length apart. EFFECT: provision for adjusting bactericidal and erythemal rays; improved biologic efficiency, facilitated manufacture. 1 dwg
