SUBSTANCE: band saw has a blade with teeth having the front and faces, tooth spaces and a joint connecting the saw ends into an endless band. The joint is positioned in parallel with the bisector of the tool angle of the tooth on its rear face with projection to the toothed edge in the middle of the tooth pitch. Used as teeth are guide teeth without setting with negative angles, with a sharpening having the shape of an equilateral triangle and edge length equal to 0.2 of the tooth space, rectangular-shaped teeth without setting, and rectangular-shaped teeth set to the left and to the right. The teeth are arranged in turn in the following sequence: the first tooth - the guide one without setting with a negative angle, with a sharpening having the shape of an equilateral triangle and edge length equal to 0.2 of the tooth space, the second tooth of a rectangular shape without setting, the third tooth - rectangular shaped one set to the left, and the fourth tooth with a rectangular shape set to the right.
