FIELD: oil, gas, petroleum refining, chemical and other industries, transport and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is designed for use at storage of volatile liquids such as oil, oil products, solvents and chemical reagents in reservoirs and service tanks. Device has breather valve, arrangement in form of closed elastic envelope connected in upper part with breather valve, and cooling element. Device is provided with housing placed over reservoir and connected with reservoir by branch pipe. Support grid with cold-accumulating unit is installed in lower part of housing. Cold-accumulating unit is installed on support grid inside housing and is in contact with cooling element. Closed elastic envelope arranged over housing is connected with the housing in its lower part. Closed elastic envelope can be made two-layer, with interlayer space filled up with heat insulating material. Inert gas, such as helium, freon, argon, nitrogen or carbon dioxide can be used as heat-insulating material. EFFECT: reduced losses of volatile liquids in storage. 5 cl, 2 dwg
