FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: reservoir comprises one or two pipe headers, a manhole, a branch pipe with a gate valve for the concentrate discharge, breathing and safety valves, a branch pipe for level controller setting, an elastic shell with its lower side of the central part being fitted by a shaped tip with axial and radial channels and a float valve to release the gas-and-air mixture, a float made as a torus and filled by air. The elastic shell is hermetically fixed along the casing inner perimetre between two angle rings set in the middle part of the reservoir with the inclination of 1-2° to the horizontal plane. The upper angle ring is made with flanged edges forming a chute for the condensate discharge. Holed vertical poles are mounted between the reservoir roof and the upper angle ring and are rigidly fixed on the reservoir casing with a gap between the lower end face of the poles and the upper angle ring.

EFFECT: increased reliability and longer service life of the reservoir due to providing for the conditions of discharging the condensate formed during long oil product storage from the upper surface of the elastic shell and the inner surface of the upper part of the reservoir casing.
