FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel cyclic aminoderivatives of the general formula (I) 
where R1 means phenyl group substituted with halogen atom; R2 means C1-C8-aliphatic acyl group or (C1-C4-alkoxy)-carbonyl group; R3 means 3-7-membered saturated cyclic amino-group that can form the condensed ring where indicated cyclic amino-group is substituted with substitute taken among the group including: mercapto-group that can be nonprotected or protected by the group taken among the order of protective groups, C1-C4-alkyl group protected with mercapto-group that can be nonprotected or protected by the group taking among the order of protective groups being the order of protective groups for indicated mercapto-group involves C1-C20-alkanoyl groups, C3-C20-alkenoyl groups and benzoyl groups and indicated cyclic amino-group, except for, is protected preferably by the group =CR4R5 where R4 means hydrogen atom and R5 means hydrogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl group, carboxy-group, (C1-C4-alkoxy)-carbonyl group, carbamoyl group or mono- or di-(C1-C4-alkyl)-carbamoyl group. Cyclic amino-derivatives of the formula (I) show inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation or inhibitory effect on development of arteriosclerosis and used for drugs preparing. Invention describes also pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I) used for prophylaxis or treatment of patients with embolism, pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I) for prophylaxis or treatment of patients with thrombosis, pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I) for prophylaxis or treatment of patients with arteriosclerosis, method of prophylaxis or treatment of patients with embolism, method of prophylaxis or treatment of patients with thrombosis, method of prophylaxis or treatment of patients with arteriosclerosis also.
