SUBSTANCE: invention proposes derivatives of thiazolidinone of the general formula (I) where W means sulfur atom and X means the group of the formula -N(R1)-; R1,R2,R3,R4 mean each hydrogen atom; R5 means the substituted cycloalkyl group containing 3-8 carbon atoms optionally containing the ring nitrogen atom substituted with the group of the formula -B-ONO2 and also optionally substituted with alkyl group containing 1-6 carbon atoms where B means a single bond or alkylene group containing 1-6 carbon atoms; A means a single bond or alkylene group containing 1-6 carbon atoms, or their pharmacologically acceptable salts. Invention proposes a method of synthesis of thiazolidinone derivatives of the formula (I) by interaction of a compound of the formula (II) with a compound of the formula (III) . Derivatives of thiazolidinone show vasodilating effect on collateral vessels not subjected for the first flow-passage phase.
