FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes new derivatives of pyrrolo-pyridazine of the general formula (I) 
where values R1-R5, m, n, A, X are given in p. 1 of the invention claim. Derivatives of pyrrolopyridazine show high activity inhibiting secretion of gastric juice, activity protecting stomach mucosa membrane and antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori. Therefore indicated derivatives can be used as prophylactic or therapeutic agents for prevention or treatment of patients with ulcer diseases.
