FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at sharp separation of heavy hydrocarbon raw material into fuel fractions, lube oils, and a variety of petrochemical products. For that, dehydrated raw material is first deasphalted by mixing with water-soluble polar solvent at elevated temperature not, however, exceeding boiling temperature of solvent involved, after which deasphalted material if separated from asphalt solution and fractioned by gradually adding water and gradually separating corresponding fractions. Fractionation is carried out at elevated temperature not exceeding boiling temperature of solvent. EFFECT: reduced power consumption. 3 dwg, 4 tbl, 4 ex
