FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for the demetallization of high-viscosity oils, including preparation of high-viscosity oil in a mixture with a gasoline fraction used as a hydrocarbon diluent, heated to 80°C, which has undergone alkaline treatment and is regenerated in the process of atmospheric distillation, atmospheric distillation of treated oil with the fraction with initial boiling point of 450°C coming from the thermal contact cracking reactor according to the scheme of double evaporation and double rectification, two-stage deasphalting of the heavy residue of atmospheric distillation using supercritical fluid extraction with propane and pentane, with production of deasphalting oil and deasphalting asphalt containing the primary volume of metals, thermal contact cracking of a mixture of deasphalting asphalt and CC 450(520)°C fraction used as a recycle reactor for thermal contact cracking with production of a polymetallic concentrate and compounding of fractions 85-180° C and 180-330(350)°C of atmospheric distillation with deasphalted oil to obtain improved oil.
EFFECT: degree of removal of metals up to 99 wt.%, degree of release of valuable metals in the concentrate up to 85 wt.%.
