FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedics and can be used in treatment of intra-joint fractures of tibia condyles. Joint revision is carried out without opening using videoarthroscopic equipment. Trepanation of tibia by "П"-shaped access from injury side is performed. Cortical plate is removed aside. Repositioner, provided with handle with stylet, which has support site with pyramidal point, is introduced. Transplant support is made on bone cement. Cortical plate is installed on its place.
EFFECT: method allows to carry out early functional treatment.
