SUBSTANCE: in offered device for measurement of physical properties of liquid which contains a piece of the coaxial long line, two sensitive elements - working and reference - designed as pieces of the coaxial line filled, respectively, with inspected liquid and reference liquid, the electronic unit and the registrar connected to its output, each sensitive element is connected as a terminal load to the respective end of the piece of the coaxial long line to which the electronic unit is connected, and the central conductor and internal surface of the internal cylinder are connected, respectively, to internal and external conductors on one end of the piece of the coaxial long line, and the external surface of the internal cylinder and the external cylinder are connected, respectively, to internal and external conductors on the other end of the piece of the coaxial long line.

EFFECT: simplification of implementation of the device and improvement of accuracy of measurement.
