SUBSTANCE: information is picked off on organism reaction to dosed external factors by measurement of temperature in several zones of body dermal integuments located in the extent from its central sections to the peripheral ones and indicating the variation of the temperature gradient associated with manifestation of organism homeostatic regulation. At the same time the room temperature is measured, the values of adaptation level and reaction coefficient are determined by the regression equations constructed in accordance with the quantity of the selected zones of temperature measurement and on the basis of the measured values of temperature in the selected zones. The value of the recommended curative doses is calculated from the following equation: D = B₀+B₁·A+B₂·K+B₃·A²+B₄·A·K+B₅·K², where D is the value of the recommended curative dose in percent of the therapeutic dose; B₀-B₅ is the equation coefficients; A is the value of the adaptation level; K is the value of the reaction coefficient, with a subsequent periodic measurement of temperature in the selected zones with a required frequency for dynamic correction of the curative doses.
