FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of treatment and drugs based on bifidobacteria. Method of treatment involves administration of preparation of bifidobacteria in their amount 0.6-1.0 g in 5-5000 mln of cells in the following schedule: 4-40 g in the first 24 h; 4-12 g in 12 h; 4-18 g in the 48 h; one dose 4-12 g in the 72 h; 3-9 g in the 96 h and in the following days. Remedy has the following components in the definite ratio: viable bifidobacterium cells, bifidogenic component, immobilizing agent, gelatin and sucrose.
