FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, dilatation catheters and prosthetic stents used in coronary angioplasty. SUBSTANCE: catheter has catheter tube with radiopaque markers, central shaft for wire and delivery shaft of dilatation balloon, dilatation balloon enclosure manufactured from stretchable material, such as polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride. Dilatation balloon enclosure is covered with cylindrical reinforcing perfusion enclosure of adequate size. Reinforcing perfusion enclosure is made of metal flexible rods whose ends are inserted into two annular casings disposed on catheter tube. Proximal ends of rods are pressed in proximal annular casing which is put onto catheter tube in fixed position, an distal ends of rods are positioned for free insertion into annular slot between catheter tube and sliding distal annular casing with inner radial bracket. Driving string is attached to bracket. Such construction allows perfusion clearance to be created for providing blood to flow so that the hazard of occurrence of acute occlusion and acute myocardial infarction at prolonged dilatation of coronary vessel is prevented, as well as the hazard of occurrence of postoperative postponed occlusion characteristic of implantation of foreign prosthetic stent-analogue to be excluded. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency. 8 dwg
