FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to medical equipment, namely to device used in endovascular surgery, a method for its use and treatment of heart diseases, in particular coronary heart disease (CHD). Coronary conductor for stenting of complex lesions of the coronary arteries in the form of a metal core wire includes a proximal segment with a control stick attached to the end and the distal segment comprising a conical core with a hemispherical tip at the tip and a spiral outer radiopaque braid. Distance between the spiral outer braid and the core is filled with a plastic polymer – UV cured polyurethane. On spiral outer radiopaque sheath and the core proximal to the braid, a polymer coating of epoxy resin is applied, on top of which a polymer case with a hydrophilic coating is applied. Length of the polymer coating of epoxy resin and polymer cover with a hydrophilic coating is 45–50 cm from the distal end. Length of the radiopaque braid is 20–30 cm. Distal segment is made with a narrowing at the end. Method of stenting of complex lesions of the coronary arteries, in accordance with which, under the X-ray television control, puncture and catheterization is performed by the Introducer, a guide catheter is inserted into the aortic lumen, then the aforementioned coronary guide is brought through the inserted catheter. Coronary conductor is led into the coronary artery, then through the small branches of the distal coronary arteries, then through the Tebesian vessels into the cavity of the left ventricle and then into the ascending aorta. After that, a stent is placed on the balloon in the coronary artery in the affected area of the coronary artery, the stent is installed, and after the stent is inserted, the coronary guide is removed.
EFFECT: inventions are used in stenting of complex lesions of the coronary arteries and provide a reduction in the morbidity, the accuracy of the manipulations and the elimination of complications, a reduction in the time of surgical intervention.
