FIELD: medicine, namely cardiovascular surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to cardiovascular surgery. During the inflation of the balloon catheter, its modification is carried out by removing the proximal arm and forming a distal hole for half the diameter of the balloon catheter at its distal shoulder, while preserving the integrity of the balloon walls in its middle section and removing the balloon catheter shaft in its lumen. The modified balloon is delivered to the area of iatrogenic perforation of the convoluted distal arterial vascular bed of the heart through the first conductor using a delivery system with the first stent located in the lumen of the modified balloon in front of the distal opening. The first stent is implanted at nominal pressure to press the walls of the modified balloon to the area of iatrogenic perforation and close it, and expand the distal opening. After that, a second conductor is passed through the expanded distal opening into the terminal sections of the corrected vessel. Then the first conductor is removed, a delivery system with a second stent is carried through the second conductor through the distal opening into the terminal sections of the corrected vessel. The second stent is implanted at a nominal overlap pressure on the first stent and the second coronary conductor and delivery system are removed from under the implanted second stent.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the efficiency of emergency closure of the area of iatrogenic distal perforation of the arterial convoluted vascular bed of the heart with a vessel diameter of less than 2.0 mm by means of stent fixation to the wall of the iatrogenically damaged vessel of the modified balloon due to the flexibility, elasticity and lower thrombogenicity of the modified balloon, making it possible to quickly and safely promote, position and fix the modified balloon.
