FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, interventional cardiology. Artery is dilated in zone of occlusion. Vasodilator is introduced intracoronarily. Internal diameters of coronary artery more proximally and more distally than zone of existing occlusion are compared. If value of proximal diameter with respect to distal diameter is more than 1.5 times larger, after 4-8 weeks second stage of correction is performed. At second stage of correction coronarography is carried out and area of residual occlusion, requiring stenting is determined. Stenting of occlusion zone is performed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure reliable correction of coronary artery occlusion, prevent complications, caused by discrepancy between stent dimensions and artery parameters due to increased accuracy in determination of zone of vessel affection resulting from its determination after recovery of vascular tone of distal with respect to occlusion region segment under factors of autoregulation in conditions of recovered antegrade blood flow.
