FIELD: plastic metal working, namely equipment for manufacturing corrugated belts for heat exchangers. SUBSTANCE: automatic line for manufacturing cooling plates of aluminium radiators includes successively arranged: coil holder, mechanisms for lubricating, sizing and cutting, stacking apparatus. Feed roller of lubrication mechanism is mounted lower than oil level on cover that may rotate around pin extended over reservoir opposite relative to belt feed direction. Housings of mechanism for preliminary corrugation and mechanisms for preliminarily bringing corrugations together are mounted on detachable plate by means of common pin; their drive shafts are joined with reduction gear of main drive unit by means of quick-release couplings in such a way that upper guides of mechanisms for successively bringing corrugations together are mounted with possibility of rotation. Plate of cutting mechanism has elliptical grooves; spring-loaded stopper is mounted in said plate with possibility of vertical reciprocation motion and engagement with wedge rigidly coupled with pneumatic cylinder. EFFECT: enhanced quality of cooling plates due to possibility of readjustment providing enlarged manufacturing possibilities and due to basing all members on the same pin and mounting of upper guide of braking mechanism by means of semiaxles. 8 dwg
