FIELD: plastic metal working, namely, apparatuses for separating round cross section blanks by measured lengths. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing mounted on base and having fixed cutter and rotary disc carrying movable cutter. Rotary disc is mounted with possibility of engaging with drive lever. Cutting surfaces of cutters have closed inner contour corresponding to configuration of blank in separation plane. Outer contours of cutters are matched with respective seats of base and disc and they are in the form of polygons. Axis of inner closed cutting contour of cutters crosses rotation axis of disc in plane of blank separation. EFFECT: possibility for separating round cross section blanks of different diameters along oblique sections with different inclination angles, enhanced quality of surface of blank cuts. 2 dwg
