FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring low intensity infrared laser radiation reflection coefficient of a skin area before noradrenaline hydrotartrate electrophoresis. Noradrenaline hydrotartrate electrophoresis is carried out during 4 min under current intensity of 4-6 mA. Reflection coefficient is measured once, 30 s after electrophoresis. Adrenergetic blood vessel reactivity is calculated in Δ% using formula of ABVR =[( KOinit - KO30s)/ KOinit ]*100%, where KOinit is the laser radiation reflection coefficient before administering noradrenaline hydrotartrate by means of electrophoresis, KO30s is the laser radiation reflection coefficient at 30 s after the electrophoresis being over. The ABVR being less than 2.4 Δ%, blood vessel hyporeactivity is considered to be the case. The value being from 2.4 to 5.4 Δ%, normal blood vessel reactivity is diagnosed. The value being higher than 5.4 Δ%, blood vessel hyperreactivity is diagnosed. EFFECT: high accuracy of the method.
