SUBSTANCE: device has metal rod having helical thread and supporting platform, locking handle, handle and bushing having internal thread and threaded hole for the locking handle for be fixed. The handle is rigidly fixed in front of the locking handle. The handle is fixable on the supporting platform by means of the locking handle. The rod has threaded portion for being introduced into the bone making up 2/3 of the whole rod length, threaded portion for moving a bushing along the thread.
