FIELD: production of material with employment of elastomer primary and/or secondary raw material. SUBSTANCE: the method is characterized by the fact that preliminary treatment of the given primary or secondary raw material is accomplished. Then a solution or melt of elastomer non-injured material of the same nature is prepared to a degree of viscosity sufficient so that the value of the base units of non-injured material would be comparable with the dimension of the available surface defects of the cured material. Then, the injured material is cured for compensation for the Rebinder effect as far as the enhanced injury of the material is concerned, which is accomplished by joint treatment of the preliminarily prepared primary and/or secondary raw material and the solution or melt of non-injured material in the conditions providing for the maximum probable contact and welting of the treated media and diffusion of the non-injured material into the defects of the surface of the injured material in the points of manifestation of the Rebinder effect in the fields of forces. EFFECT: production of material from primary and/or secondary raw material with compensation for manifestations of the Rebinder effect by curing the surface in the different degree of injured material and extraction of the base units of the obtained material from the field of stress concentrates to a solid mass with achievement of high physico- chemical characteristics. 6 cl
