FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to enrichment of quartz material. Method of enrichment of quartz raw material includes preliminary crushing of raw material. Crushing is carried out to a particle size of 15-35 mm, and then the raw material is washed with a stream of process water and loaded into an electrohydraulic crusher for disintegration of quartz pieces with electric discharges with voltage of up to 100 kV in a deionised water flow, after which wet magnetic separation is carried out, and then sent to a scrubbing machine, where fractured grains are destroyed, and loaded into an electrochemical plant with a hydrochloric acid solution for preliminary cleaning, then washing is carried out in a washing plant, dehydration in a dehydrating screen, drying and dry magnetic separation, after which they are filled into a plasma-chemical plant, where it is processed in motion in non-equilibrium plasma using chlorine-containing halide and inert gases for 7-10 minutes, and finally the finished product is poured into the unloading bin, from which it is packed into a sealed container with addition of pure gas.

EFFECT: high level of enrichment of quartz raw material, reduced power consumption, improved environmental friendliness and increased efficiency.
