FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods and the devices for different materials reprocessing.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of different materials reprocessing, predominantly, elastomers and may be used in various technological processes of different branches of industry. The method of materials reprocessing provides for creation of the impact action on the reprocessing material by the movable working tool. Beforehand the material is subjected to the reprocessing it is pressed by the force till elimination of the elasto-plastic deformation. Then create the impact impulse of break-up with the duration of 0.06-0.7 m·s and the amplitude of 500-800 kg. In the break-up zone they keep the temperature at 500-600°C using the directional air cooling for prevention of inflammation of the materials subjected to the reprocessing and provide the instantaneous removal of the fraction from the zone of cutting, separate the metallic particles by means of the electromagnetic separator and remove the gas medium by means of the gaseous screens. The device for the materials reprocessing includes the disintegrator made in the form of the cutting tool mounted on the shaft of the electrical drive, the cooling system of the cutting tool, the feeding mechanism in the form of the transporter and the gear for withdrawal of the final product. The device is supplied with the pressing gear made in the form of two rollers mounted on the arbors horizontally and coupled with the electrical drive for feeding the subjected to reprocessing materials to the cutting tool. The cooling system includes no less than three fans for the directional air cooling and for prevention of inflammation of the materials subjected to the reprocessing and for provision of the instantaneous removal of the fraction from the zone of cutting. The outlet branch pipes of the fans are arranged at an angle to each other in three planes in the zone of the material reprocessing. The gear for withdrawal of the final product is made in the form of the fan with the pipe duct connected with the additional fan, the outlet branch pipe of which is connected with the body of the electromagnetic separator, the outlet of which is connected to the fan. The outlet branch pipe of the fan is connected with the crumbs-separator supplied air filter, in which there is the auger for withdrawal of the final product and the fan branch pipe for the gas withdrawal through the filter. The invention ensures reduction of the temperature in the break-up zone due to the air cooling preventing adhesion of the break-up particles to the cutting tool and provision of separation of the produced material into the fraction.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the temperature in the break-up zone, prevention of the reprocessed materials inflammation, prevention of adhesion of the break-up particles to the cutting tool, provision of separation of the produced material into the fraction.
