FIELD: mechanical engineering; power unit control devices. SUBSTANCE: device has turbopiston diesel engine with air starting system provided with air bottles pneumatically coupled with step-down pressure regulator. Electropneumatic valve is installed in air system. At maximum fuel delivery microswitch found under pedal closes electric circuit. At this moment solenoid switch of electropneumatic valve operates, and additional air from air bottles is delivered into engine providing sharp increase of its power. When preset maximum supercharging pressure is obtained to which transmitter installed in intake manifold is adjusted, delivery of additional air into engine is stopped. EFFECT: increased pickup under extreme conditions with accelerator of tank in extreme position. 2 cl, 1 dwg
