FIELD: armored vehicles. SUBSTANCE: failures caused by ergonomic disadvantages and incorrect operations of personnel are not a rear occasion in tanks. Proposed device has power relay, complex information table and control and distributing unit connected by its inputs with transducers and by outputs, with complex information table and operating mechanisms. Table has signaling devices of three levels: green, yellow and red. Power relay acts onto operating mechanisms which energize engine shutdown mechanism, louvers opening mechanism and heater electric motor. Device features improved design and ergonomic characteristics. EFFECT: reduced to minimum failures through faults of personnel. 2 dwg
