FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air cleaning systems of tan engines. Proposed device has air intake louvers, cyclone gangs, adapter compartment, flange, fans and dust suction air ducts. Adapter compartment accommodates photodetector and hermetically insulated light source, diaphragm and additional photodetector coupled electrically through operational amplifier and threshold device with indicator and engine shutdown mechanism with switch. When cyclones are contaminated or foreign matter has got into air cleaning system, light directed to photoresistor of photodetector is reduced or cut-off. As a result, threshold device operates, and mechanism shuts down the engine. EFFECT: improved reliability of operation owing to better control of air cleaning. 1 dwg
