FIELD: optical medical instrument engineering, endoscopy, applicable in devices providing for mechanical joint and optical matching of the endoscope proximate end with the photographic or television equipment, as well as when there is a necessity of movement of objects placed in sealed containers. SUBSTANCE: the device has a chamber, whose sealed casing accommodates an objective lens, focusing ring, drive ring magnet connected to the focusing ring and engaged through the chamber casing with a member rigidly linked with the objective lens. The chamber casing is made stepped, the drive magnet is rigidly connected to the focusing ring. Aligned with the drive magnet inside the chamber is the driven ring magnet adjoining the chamber internal end wall and secured in a holder making up a screw pair with the member rigidly connected to the object and carrying a key. EFFECT: simplified design of the device, enhanced smoothness of focusing and reliability of operation of the device. 1 dwg
