FIELD: medical equipment for observation of the inner cavities inadmissible for direct observation during surgical operations. SUBSTANCE: the videolaparoscope has a core with an objective lens at the distal and introduced in the examined region. A tube having an image detector at the distal end is positioned inside the core. Installed at the proximal end of the core is a head including a focusing ring, as well as a guide member and a screw forming a threaded pair made for axial motion of the tube with the image detector along the core axis. A braid of optical fibers is laid from the light source via a connector and head to the distal end of the core. The core is made for turning relative to the head body by an angle exceeding 360 deg. The focusing ring is connected to the first drive magnet adjoining the end surface of the stepped body and made for engagement with the second magnet identical to the first one by the geometric and magnet parameters. The second magnet is secured in a holder connected to the screw of the threaded pair through a pin, and the braid of the optical fibers represents a jointless light guide. The connector may be provided with a post- light guide made for complete inner reflection of a light beam. EFFECT: enhanced convenience of use at an enhanced precision and truth of diagnosis. 2 cl, 6 dwg
