FIELD: tape dispensing equipment. SUBSTANCE: roll is composed of two tapes, each provided with weakened lines allowing tape to be divided into plurality of sheets. Weakened lines of one tape are offset from weakened lines of other tape, so that sheets from alternating tapes are separately dispensed for further usage. Weakened lines are made as weak as possible, so that friction force created within opening is minimized, and tape is torn as soon as friction force between tape and opening surface is applied along perforation lines. Tapes do not form hanging parts, since next sheet is available and it may be held by user. Roll is fixed on base provided with rim running around opening. When dispensing device is used, rim extends into central part of roll. Tape is directed through opening from roll internal surface.
