SUBSTANCE: issued device for issuing sheets of roll of material canvas comprises a housing forming a compartment, a holder to support the roll of material canvas in the compartment, the cutting blade contained in the roll of the actuator. The actuator roll has the rotation trajectory. The cutting blade can extend from the roll of the actuator in the first predetermined position along the trajectory of rotation of the actuator and can be retracted in the second predetermined position along the trajectory of rotation of the roll of the actuator. The cutting blade extends from the actuator roll for cutting the material canvas to form the sheet issued from the device. The device comprises a motor connected with the ability of engagement to the roll of the actuator, the motor activation means, and the motor activation means comprise the motor in the first predetermined position on the trajectory of rotation or near it and deactivate the motor in the second predetermined position on the trajectory of rotation or near it. Version of the issued device is provided.
