SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes movable base provided with mechanism for rotating it and carrying actuating mechanism with driving link and jaws for clamping article. Rotation mechanism is in the form of link gear whose outlet link is rigidly joined with movable base. Driving links of rotation mechanism and actuating mechanism are kinematically joined one with another. Link gear may be in the form of crank gear.
