SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes movable base, actuating mechanism with jaws for clamping article, mechanism for rotating movable base and drive unit. Actuating mechanism is in the form of articulated mechanism whose outlet links support jaws for clamping articles. Mechanism for rotating movable base is in the form of lever-gearing mechanism whose outlet link is rigidly joined with base. Driving links of mechanism for rotating base and actuating mechanism are kinematically connected one with another. Kinematic connection is in the form of two pulleys and flexible member.
