SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes combination type mechanism including transferring and actuating mechanisms, their drive unit. Transferring mechanism includes driving, intermediate and outlet links. Actuating mechanism includes driving link being outlet link of transferring mechanism and outlet links with jaws movably coupled with intermediate and outlet links of transferring mechanism. Intermediate link of transferring mechanism is jointly connected with strut. Articulation joint is made with possibility for fixation intermediate link in positions spaced by different distance from rotation enter of driving link of transferring mechanism and it includes pin jointly connected with intermediate link and guide for placing pin in fixed position; said guide is rigidly secured to strut. Lengthwise axis of guide is matched with line passing through rotation center of driving link and rocking center of intermediate link of transferring mechanism.

EFFECT: possibility for effective readjustment of intermediate link position while taking into account mass of transferred articles, lowered power consumption for transferring articles.
