FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has agricultural waste collector connected to solid-phase fermenter and to methane tank which is provided with dispersers. Methane tank is communicated via mash and biogas pipes with chlorella generator having light-transmitting walls and illumination devices positioned outside these walls. Perforated rings are fixed to walls within chlorella generator housing. Perforated disks are positioned between perforated rings on shaft with drive. Sprayer is positioned in housing top part. Chlorella generator is connected in its lower part with centrifugal microfilter and via chlorella and sulfur bacteria pipes with dynamic disintegrator. Rotor is positioned axially of dynamic disintegrator housing. Rotor blind openings are communicated via annular channel with openings of perforated ring which defines with housing cavity communicated with common and deuterium water mixture collector and via hydraulic gate with rectification column equipped with transverse perforated walls defining sections. Top section is communicated via steam pipe with dephlegmator and via condensate pipe through hydraulic gate with rectification column. Bottom section is communicated with heat-exchanger and via deuterium water pipe with steam generator connected to thermoelectric generator. Pulsed current generating and current collecting electrodes are positioned inside thermoelectric generator. Beryllium rods are joined to current collector. Lower end cover of thermoelectric generator is provided with cavity communicated via cooling loop with heat-exchanger, and with concentric openings communicated via drive hub opening with jet pump, condenser and auxiliary rectification column. EFFECT: increased efficiency by increased concentration of methane in biogas and additional production of feed protein-vitamin additive, tritium and electric power. 1 dwg
