FIELD: range measurement with selection of targets over range. SUBSTANCE: selective system can be used both in mix of laser range finder or range finder illuminator and in mix of radar. Method of selection of targets during range measurement includes setting of values of strobe- regulator of minimal range and strobe-regulator of maximal range, indication of presence of more than one target in measurement range ( beyond limits of gating ). Strobe-regulator of minimal range is moved to value exceeding measured one by one discrete value of setting of strobe. When strobe-regulator of minimal range moves strobe-regulator of maximal range either moves in step with it or remains unchanged. System finding range incorporates transmitter and receiver of electromagnetic energy, pulse counter whose overfilling output is connected to first input of OR gate whose second input is linked to output of clock pulse generator and whose output is connected to counting input of counter. Its input of zero setting is connected to transmitter. First input of AND gate is connected to output of receiver. System has range information display indicator and output data bus to transmit information to peripheral equipment. System is supplemented with register of established range, permanent storage, first and second comparison circuits, register of output data, adder, multiplexer, first, second and third flip-flops, delay circuit, single-shot multivibrator and second AND gate. Information output of pulse counter is connected to inputs of first and second comparison circuits and information input of register of output data whose output is linked to input of adder, input of indicator and output data bus. Second input of first comparison circuit is connected to first output of permanent storage and its output is linked to second input of first AND gate whose third input is coupled to output of second comparison circuit. Second input of this circuit is connected to output of multiplexer whose first input is linked to output of adder and whose second input is connected to second output of permanent storage whose input is connected to register of established range. Transmitter is connected to initiation bus linked to inputs of single-shot multivibrator, delay circuit and reset input of first flip- flop whose clock input is connected to output of first AND gate and whose output is linked to register of output data and data input of second flip-flop whose clock input is connected to output of first AND gate, whose reset input is connected to output of delay circuit and output is connected to indicator and first input of second AND gate. Second input of it is connected to output of single-shot multivibrator and output is linked to data input of third flip-flop. Clock input of it is connected to initiation bus and output is linked to control input of multiplexer. EFFECT: automatization of process of target selection and reduced number of control elements. 5 cl, 1 dwg
