FIELD: concentration of ores and placers at final stages of separation of concentrate. SUBSTANCE: concentrator has drive and separation chamber with heavy particle settling surface; separation chamber has compartment for average-density particles and compartment for low-density particles with overflow lip made concentrically relative to walls of separation chamber. Drive is connected with centrifugal action exciter by means of screw regularly engaged by means of sleeve; exciter is mounted at angle relative to horizontal plane of separation chamber and perpendicularly relative to heavy particle settling surface. Exciter is provided with bent blades with two-sided revolving impellers. Average-density particle settling surface is concentric relative to walls of separation chamber and is located at angle relative to heavy particle settling surface, under low-density particle settling surface.
