FIELD: manufacture of building materials for brick mortars and plastering. SUBSTANCE: dry mortar mixture includes cement, sand and complex additive including powder of S-3 plasticizer. Said additive additionally contains calcium stearate or zinc stearate. Dry mortar mixture contains the following amounts of components, wt.%: cement 14.2-49.9; sand 49.6-85.6; plasticizer S-3 0.04-0.50; calcium stearate or zinc stearate 0.10-0.3.
