FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: proposed flowmeter-counter has pipeline measured section with pressure transmitter and two built-in ultrasonic converters, reference generator, timer, probing pulse shaper, adder circuit, series-connected analog switch, receiving amplifier, comparator, flip-flop, pulse counter, subtracter circuit and arithmetic unit. Flowmeter-counter has also series- connected N parallel- connected storage units, second switch, series-coupled gas medium type determination unit, standard density code unit, code divider and summer-recorder. Invention provides accurate metering of consumption of gases differing in content owing to correction of results of measurement to standard density specific for gas measured under normal conditions.
