FIELD: physics, measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to household ultrasonic counters for measurement of gas flow rate. Two ultrasonic transducers are installed in measured section of pipeline with inbuilt pressure sensor and thermoswitch, for which analog switching device controlled by timer and excitation pulse shaper are provided. There is unit of calculated volume flow rate correction, which is arranged with subtraction circuit, two registers, multiplier and circuit of reverse value calculation. Circuit of subtraction is connected to outlet of analog switching device via serially connected receiving amplifier, comparator, trigger and pulse counter. The first register is connected with thermoswitch, and the second one - with timer. Outlets of correction unit are connected to serially connected arithmetic and summing-registering units, the first of which is also connected with pressure sensor. Invention provides high accuracy of measurement by automatic correction of calculated volumetrical flow rate with change of component composition of natural gas and parameters that correspond to this composition (density and adiabat index), and also correction of received results that accounts for temperature changes of adiabat index.
EFFECT: provision of high measurement accuracy.
